Back Orders
You will be notified, as soon as possible, after placing your order whether any parts you have ordered are backordered with our distributors. If we are incorrect and an item that we are believed to be in stock is backordered we will notify you immediately and give you the opportunity to cancel that item with no penalty.
Returns and Exchanges: Any returns or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Extreme Superbikes and are moderated by terms below. You must obtain a parts Return Authorization Number from Extreme Superbikes before returning any parts. We are not responsible for any parts returned without a proper Return Authorization Number.
Returns and Exchanges on Apparel: Any returns or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Extreme Superbikes and are moderated by terms below. You must obtain a apparel Return Authorization Number from Extreme Superbikes before returning any apparel. We are not responsible for any apparel returned without a proper Return Authorization Number. All apparel must be returned within 15 business days of receiving it. Returns for exchange of a different size are subject to a $25.00 charge for shipping expenses to and from the distributor. Any apparel item on closeout is nonrefundable, so be sure the item you ordered is the correct size before ordering. Extreme Superbikes suggests trying the item on at a local shop before ordering to avoid exchanges. Returns not for exchange are subject to our standard 25% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Return Policy No returns accepted after 30 days. Parts must be in 100% resalable condition. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling to and from Extreme Superbikes on all orders placed. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No cancelled orders are allowed on special order parts, electrical items, books or manuals.
Damaged Products:
Inspect all orders upon receiving them to check for any damage. If there is any damage to any products in your order, contact the delivering carrier at once. Keep the shipping carton and all packaging material. Extreme Superbikes cannot initiate the claim with UPS. Once you have a claim number, email us at
sales@xtrmsbks.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Returning an Item:
All returns require a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by emailing us at
extremesuperbikes@gmail.com. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. Please place a copy of your original invoice when returning any parts and send via insured and prepaid shipping. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Returns due to shipping or manufacturing defect will be replaced at our discretion. Shipping for errors on our part will be covered by us 100% to and from the address on the invoice!
Special Orders:
On all special orders, a 100% deposit is required. Please allow 30-90 days shipping on special orders. No returns or refunds are given on special order items. Please be sure that you are willing to wait before you order a special item. We will do everything we can to get your special order item to you as quickly as possible.
Warranty:
NO WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED is made on or sold by Extreme Superbikes. All descriptions given by Extreme Superbikes as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Extreme Superbikes cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold.
Extreme Superbikes shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms. For warranty information, please see documentation from the manufacturer of your product.
Liability:
Some items on our website may not be legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle. Extreme Superbikes does sell some performance products that are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street/highway vehicles. The use of products obtained from Extreme Superbikes is at the sole discretion of the purchaser. The purchaser of any product from Extreme Superbikes releases Extreme Superbikes from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modifications to any motorcycle may increase the risk of accident and may render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.
Payment Methods:
Orders are accepted through the website.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are the only methods of payment accepted through PayPal and Google Checkout.
All orders placed through our website are processed electronically via a secure server. All data is encrypted to ensure privacy of your payment and billing information.
Privacy:
All information collected by Extreme Superbikes is not sold or given to anyone outside of our company. We will periodically send out information telling you about specials and/or new products that are available.
